Roasted Asparagus的做法
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Trim ends from asparagus by snapping off the ends, or cutting with a knife.
Lay trimmed asparagus out on an ungreased baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, until tender crisp

Drizzle 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and sprinkle asparagus with 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese before roasting for a Lemon Parmesan twist!
