cranberry sauce的做法
in a saucepan, add 1 bag of cranberry, zest and juice of 1 navel orange, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, a cinnamon stick, and a pinch of salt
heat it up to the boil and hear cranberries pop, then take down to simmer and stir so that cranberries liquify and release all juices
if you like chunks in the sauce, simmer for 2-3 mins.
if you like it less chunky, simmer for 5-10 mins to break cranberries down.
the sauce will thicken as it cools, so don't use thickness/soupiness as the index
