This sauce is from MASA's Negi&Shio Pork Fried Rice.

【搬运】MASA的葱盐酱的做法
葱切碎成葱末,蒜和姜压泥,装在同一个容器里。加入其余材料拌匀即可。
使用方法:用酱料腌制肉类或老豆腐10min左右,煎香或烤熟食用。
小贴士
1、用蜂蜜的效果也不错,能让煎肉有家庭烧烤的风味:)
2、家里不常有柠檬,所以替换为柠檬醋。有柠檬汁肯定是最好的啦!
