300g plain flour➕30g oil,揉搓成粉块,包裹油
加45g sugar➕1/2tsp baking powder➕1/4tsp baking Soda➕1/4tsp salt➕egg,搅拌均匀 ➕90g milk/water
揉成团,盖盖子醒15min
揉成长条,切块,滚圆
1tbsp flour➕清水,把面球丢进去再捞出来,丢去沾芝麻会更牢固,搓圆
油温140度关火,筷子入锅中,周围有泡泡上来,就可以关火,下面球了。球飘起来后开小火,用筷子搅拌,炸至金黄
