Roast duck的做法
Duck cavity:葱姜蒜八角盐。 Duck skin: dry. Lightly score cross. Olive oil. 1tea bag. 2 tsp Chinese five spices. Salt. Pepper. Foil wings and legs.
Oven. 180c for 1 hour 20 mins. Pour fat out. Add red onion carrots garlic for 40 mins。 Duck rest.
Gravy: veggies & ginger. 1tsp flour. 1tbsp soy sauce. 1 cup tea. 1tsp Hony.
Serve with rice and greens.
