Trying to use up leftover candy bars and crackers from Halloween.

用料  

cream cheese 1 pkg (8oz)
egg 1
sugar/candy ~ 60g
butter 2 tbsp
crackers some

mini cheesecake - snickers的做法  

  1. Crash the crackers in a ziplock bag. (pretzels)
    Melt 1 tbsp butter and mix butter with cracker crumbles.

  2. Add cracker mix into cupcake liners and press firm.

  3. Add 1 tbsp butter, Snicker bars, Milkyway bars, Reeses, bear paw bars, ect. (containing caramel, chocolate, peanut butter, and nuts)

  4. Beat the cream cheese (room temperature) until fluffy.
    Add in the melted candy bar mixture, beat until well mixed. Then add in the egg, beat well.

  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cupcake liners, 2/3 full, shake to remove bubbles. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 minutes until pass the toothpick test.
