Cauliflower and Tomato Stir-Fry的做法
Chop 1 scallion into 1 inch pieces. 2 medium tomatoes (about half pound), each cut into 6 wedges. And use your clean hands to separate 1 cauliflower into small pieces.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium-high heat until hot. Add scallions and stir-fry until just softened, about 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and cook, stirring and turning occasionally, until juices are released, around 4 to 6 minutes.
While the tomatoes turn soft, add 1 tablespoon of ketchup and 1 tablespoon of sugar, keep stirring.
Add cauliflowers and 1 cup of water, cook 10 to 12 minutes. Turning occasionally. In the end, add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir around thoroughly.
Serve it using a big plate!!
